The Drama Club performance was an opportunity for the Drama Club students to demonstrate what they have been learning this semester. We have been working on telly stories of all kinds and ways we can show those stories on a stage. The performance itself was based on the Sustainable Development Goals and through a creative process, we wanted to talk about the goal of No Poverty. The students created 4 mini performances that were integrated into a poem about what poverty means. Through research we then presented some facts about how poverty affects the population of Thailand and in particular the rural communities. I would like to thank the students of the Drama Club for the extra time and work they put into the performance, and I would especially like to thank the families that came and supported them on the performance day.
