Class Structure
A Board of Directors, consisting of representatives of the two major shareholders, Burapha Golf Club and Northbridge, governs the school. The Superintendent manages and oversees the school's daily program with support from the directors. The administration meets monthly with The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) to discuss relevant issue, plans and school wide events.

The continued development of the Eastern Seaboard area of Thailand has seen the establishment of several industries such as automotive plants including; Ford, Mazda, General Motors, Opel and BMW. Additionally, there are many automotive supply companies in the area. Exxon, Caltex and Royal Dutch Shell represent the petrochemical industry. The close proximity of the Laem Chabang deep seaport has fostered the development of many manufacturing centers including; Michelin, Samsung, Bayer, Lucky Goldstar, Bridgestone, and others.

ISE is organized into an Elementary School (ES), for Pre-kindergarten to Grade 5, Middle School (MS), for Grades 6 to 8, and High School (HS), for Grades 9 to 12. Class sizes are purposely designed to accommodate between 18 - 25 students in order to allow adequate time for teachers to work individually with each student.
ISE Teachers are western trained and are recruited both from abroad and locally. All of them are certified and experienced in their respective field and have taught in other international settings.
Presently, ISE employs 52 full and part-time expatriate professional faculty members from the United States, Canada, Britain, Italy and Australia. Additionally, there are teaching assistants and support staff to help aid the faculty members both in and out of the classroom.
